  • Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact the carrier first and then contact us for support.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Items

Our return and exchange process is described in our Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Personalized or custom items, worn items, and certain sale items may be final sale for hygiene and quality reasons.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

11. Shopify Relationship

Vibe & Aura is powered by Shopify. Purchases made through our store are made directly with Vibe & Aura, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for products sold by Vibe & Aura.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
