Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time are typically processed the same business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Expedited shipping prioritizes faster transit but does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

International Deliveries
We ship worldwide, with limited exceptions. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Customs clearance times vary by country and may affect delivery timelines.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Vibe & Aura is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Any additional shipping charges required for re-delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Vibe & Aura is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. For delayed or lost shipments, customers must contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist by providing tracking details if needed.

Final Notice
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing and handling rests with the carrier.
