- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time are typically processed the same business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or promotions.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order value
- Package weight
- Shipping destination
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options, which may include standard and expedited services. Available methods will be displayed at checkout.
Expedited / Rush Shipping
- Expedited shipping prioritizes dispatch of your order.
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed, even for express or rush services.
- Carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.
- Expedited shipping speeds up transit time only and does not reduce order processing time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
5. Shipping Destinations
- We ship worldwide, with limited exceptions.
- Certain destinations may be restricted due to carrier limitations or customs regulations.

Vibe & Aura is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.

- These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control.
8. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned.
- Additional shipping costs due to address errors are the customer’s responsibility.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Vibe & Aura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.
- Please ensure delivery to a secure location.
- For orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier, claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
10. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to collect from the carrier or customs
The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Refunds are not issued for returned or undeliverable packages.
