Refund policy
At Vibe & Aura, each piece of jewelry is carefully curated and handled under strict quality and hygiene standards. For this reason, all sales are final.
No Refunds / No Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or style selection
- Delivery delays
- Refusal of delivery
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift purchases
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If the issue is verified, Vibe & Aura reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Repair the item, or
- Replace the item with the same product (subject to availability)
Refunds will not be issued.
Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery may not be accepted.
Shipping Issues
Vibe & Aura is not responsible for:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
- Customs delays, duties, or import fees
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Final Sale Items
All items sold by Vibe & Aura are considered final sale, including but not limited to:
- Jewelry
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
European Union Customers
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods that are:
- Personal items
- Jewelry
- Custom-made or hygiene-sensitive products
Where permitted by law, all jewelry purchases from Vibe & Aura remain final sale.
